For cancellations received ten (10) days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date you will only be responsible for a $15 processing fee.

For cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to your scheduled arrival date the full amount is due including a $15 processing fee minus any day(s) we are able to re-reserve your room.
